The Keewaydin Beach and Keewaydin Queen III Shuttle are owned by the Windstar on Naples Bay Master Association and professionally managed by Mariner Services, Inc. and a licensed Coast Guard Captain. The captain or his designate is in complete charge of the vessel. Passengers must follow his or her directives at all times. Passengers who disregard these directives may be removed from the vessel at the sole discretion of the captain. Violations of the above will result in riding privileges being revoked without recourse. No passenger should address their concerns to any member of the crew of the Keewaydin Queen III. Any issues regarding the conduct of the Keewaydin operations or conditions on the Island should be directed to Mitch Johnson or the President of the Master Association. Violations of the above will result in riding privileges being revoked without recourse.

For reservations, please include your name, Windstar address or member number, date/time of requested trip, number of riders and contact phone number. Reservations are not final until confirmed. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may not be made more than 30 days in advance. Reservations are limited to four (4) persons per household. Cancellations must be called into the above number 24 hours in advance; no shows can lead to suspension of shuttle reservation privileges. The trip to the island takes approximately 40 minutes.
