We have had several good experiences with Gutters Unlimited Plus. They have installed and repaired our gutters, downspouts and downspout runoffs for us on at least three occasions.
They repair soffits, fascia and gutters. I also understand that Spinnaker Pointe will be using that firm to repair soffits, fascia and gutters on all 23 of their buildings.

I would like to recommend and suggest that CWN Construction Services, Inc. They have done construction work for several residents here at Admirals Watch. This includes a complete apartment renovation and re-construction for some a a master bathroom renovation recently for us. They perform their work in a timely and professional manner and they are meticulous craftsmen. The President/Owner is Kevin Hasan 239-594-7811 and the point man is his son, Kamil, Vice President. I would highly recommend RKS Construction. RKS is a local, relatively new upstart company that we have had a good experience with. Its owner, Richard, has proven to be very reliable, honest and determined to "get it right" to meet his customer's expectations. His early success may make him difficult to schedule in the wake of the storm. Might be best suited for small projects. Excellent painters but also small construction projects. I have used Gene Grassmuck at ServiceMaster 239-277-0330 (24 hour number) in my Marina Cove condo Gene has done a great professional job for me twice in 3 years.
